• Transactions between user of this site and Cibco shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE Authority’s.
• Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between customer and Cibco or any action at law or relating to this agreement or transaction shall be filed only in the Competent Courts of UAE and the customer hereby acknowledges, agrees, consents, and submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.
